A book I read when I was around 9 yrs old. There was a princess who just wanted to have fun and play in the mud and be free but was forced to be refined, and a peasant girl who was interested in embroidery and pretty dresses and hated getting dirty. As fate would have it they looked identical and ended up being sneaky and swapping places without telling anyone. Both living happily ever after.
